When someone visits the page from your Facebook page, Instagram, Google Business Profile, or anywhere else, Ally will be available. Don't forget! Ally is "constrained AI." She is specifically trained only on your business info, services, and pricing. She doesn't hallucinate or make things up. If a customer asks a question she doesn't know the answer to, she politely takes a message and sends it to you so you can give the right info.

Conversation time is the total minutes Ally spends talking with your leads and clients each month. Each conversation is capped at 10 minutes, with an average conversation length of 5.25 minutes. This means Ally can handle approximately 40 conversations per month - providing instant communication with potential leads and customers, even while you're working or sleeping.

Overage Charges:
If you exceed your monthly 210-minute limit, you'll be charged $10 for each additional 105-minute block used.

Example:
Let's say you used 290 minutes this month:

Your base monthly fee: $89 = 210 minutes

Overage calculation: 290 minutes - 210 minutes = 80 minutes over

You will be charged the regular $89 next month + an additional $10.
